Alex Lonstein was amazing. Much more than that could be said in the beginning, but for purposes of expediency I want that to be stated first. I was very nervous and very afraid about the outcome, especially because I was new to the area and the charge, in my mind, was severe. Any question I had, and he was available. I had his personal number right from the beginning, before I even officially hired him. He told me to reach out for anything. He would help me however he could. Whenever I called, he always was available to pick up and talk. He gave simple instructions. Direct answers. This never allowed me to never have to call back for understanding or double-checking about the case. This calmed my nerves when I was unsure of what was happening. Then, day of the trial, he was very confident about working things out. The entire process, he never stated what he was not confident he could achieve. But he aimed higher than that as he believed in the strength of our case. When everything was said and done, my case was dismissed. The hardest part of this experience was waiting for the court date. Alex made anything involving himself the easiest part in this process. Thank you again.
